you must be a US-based company and be able to supply within the US.

receipt of the above payment, your company details will be entered into the
Private Site database under the most appropriate category for your business.
The details recorded will be your business name, address, telephone number,
fax number, email address, web address and a brief description of the products
that you can supply.
